The Superintendent and the Treasurer of the Piqua City School District personally signed non-disclosure agreements with J5, LLC on this date. Thirteen months later, on October 16, 2025, the Board publicly voted to approve the TIF compensation agreement that resulted (Resolution 1016-25).
