What is the purpose of this site?

To put the public record about Project Klondike in one place. Most of the documents already exist — in city commission agendas and minutes, in ordinances and resolutions, in purchase orders, in county filings, in records released through public records requests. None of it is secret. Almost all of it is hard to find unless you know where to look.

We pull those records, link them, and put them on a timeline so anyone can see what happened, when, and what the City actually committed to. The Tax & Payment Timeline is a longer-form explainer of how the CRA + TIF structure plays out over thirty years. Every document we link is also browsable on the documents page.

What is behind this page?

An anonymous effort. No NDAs, we promise! 🙂
